**The Chinese Visa Application Service Center in Kathmandu will be temporarily closed for the Dragon Boat Festival on June 2nd , 2025 . To avoid any delays in your travel plans, please schedule your visa application submission time in advance. We apologize for the inconvenience caused to you.

**The Chinese Visa Application Center supports applicants in completing the application form directly on the Visa Center’s website before submitting it in person(We also provide our applicants the option to use our VIP 5 service inorder to fill up the online application form for their convineince which costs net Rs. 3900). It also accepts applications processed on behalf of applicants by any of the following officially registered agencies, listed here: 2025 Agency List.

**Recently, there have been multiple incidents of forged visa application documents and collection forms. To protect your rights, please avoid trusting any unauthorized agencies. From now on, the Visa Application Center will only accept the original pickup form when you pick up your passport.

Application time:  Monday to Friday 9:00-15:00
(Macao Visa Application time:Tuesday,Wednesday,Thursday (9:00-15:00)
Collection time:   Monday to Friday (13:00-16:00)
