The application form you filled out online must be submitted to the Visa Center before August 23 (inclusive) (please bring all relevant application documents with you). The system will not be able to accept old application forms after August 23 and you will have to fill out the application form online again after August 24.
From 24 August 2024 all applicants have to fill the application form online on the website www.visaforchina.cn and upload all necessary documents online. Application forms generated before 23 August 2024 will no longer be accepted。
Before submitting the application documents together with your passport at the VisaCenter you have to ensure that the application status shows “Submit Passport” andyou have received a confirmation email. Please print the “Visa Application Certificate” when submitting the visa application.

1. Starting from 20th November 2023, no appointment is required to apply
for a Chinese visa.
2. Applicants can submit applications at Chinese Visa Application Service Center at any time between 9:00-15:00 on working days . Please strictly follow the processing time and bring all the materials. If the materials are not complete, the Center cannot accept the application, please complete the materials and come back to process.
3. Applicants
are advised that from 11 August 2023 until 31 December 2024, applications for
Business（M）, Tourism（L）, Family Visit（Q2）, Transit（G）, Crew Members （C） visas (1 or 2 entries) are exempt from fingerprint
collection.
For other visas,If your current
passport do not have your finger prints record of chinese visa within 5 years，you have to come to our center to
do finger prints. Children under 14 years old, and people over 70 years old are
exempted from finger prints.
