Notice of Visa Exemption Policy for Belgium and 12 Other Countries
In order to further promote the exchange of people between China and foreign countries, China has decided to extend until December 31, 2025 the visa-free policy for 12 countries, namely Belgium, France, Germany, Italy, the Netherlands, Spain, Malaysia, Switzerland, Ireland, Hungary, Austria and Luxembourg. Holders of ordinary passports from the above countries who come to China for business, tourism, family visit and transit purposes for a period not exceeding 15 days from the date of their entry, will be exempted from Chinese visa to enter into China. Those who do not meet the above mentioned travel purposes and time limit for visa exemption or holding other passports or travel documents still need to apply for Chinese visa before entering into China.
