1.Business hours & Call service hours: 10:00-14:00, closed on weekends and public holidays. Please make appropriate arrangements for your visa application accordingly (No appointment is required) 

2. Postal service is available now.Residents of New South Wales who meet the fingerprint exemption requirements can apply by post. Please see the Postal Service Checklist for details.

3. If ask for post-back service, please provide a return envelope.

4.Visa Application Procedure: Create an account and log in > Fill in the application form online > Submit it to the center on-site with all documents required (Visa category) 

5.Visa Progress Inquiry Procedure: Log in to your account > Click "My Account">"Track your application" to check the progress of your current visa application.
