Applicants accepted by the Visa Centre: The Visa Centre accepts visa applications from Canadian citizens who are living/working in Quebec/New brunswick or holding Canadian passports issued from Quebec/New brunswick, or citizens of other countries staying in Quebec/New brunswick with work permit, study permit or permanent residence status.
