For visa application, you need to fill out the form online via our website first. And then prepare the related supporting files.
The fingerprint will be collected when you apply for the visa at our office only, exept those who are qualified with fingerprint collection exemtion. Please see the related notice on our website to get the detatil information. 
If you get ready, you can come to our office during the business hours, no appointment required. Our center maintains an online reservation function. Applicants can make reservations voluntarily, but they do not enjoy priority processing.
