The fingerprint should be collected when you apply for the visa, exept those who are qualified with fingerprint collection exemtion. Please see the related notice on our website to get the detatil information. And the fingerprint can be collected at our office in person only.
It's better to make an appointment in advance via our website for visa or flie authentication applications. . Please noted: We accept visa applications from those who live in QC or NB for a long term only.
