Based on a note from the Chinese Embassy in DRC, from 31st  March 2025 all applicants are required to visit the website of the Chinese Visa Application Service Center in Kinshasa, at www.visaforchina.cn to create/sign in your account, and then click My account to fill the application form and upload all necessary documents online.

Please note: Before submitting the application documents and passport at the Visa Center, please ensure that your application status is Approved” and you have received a confirmation emailIn order to ensure a smooth upgrade of the system, the Visa Center plans to upgrade the system on March 29th . After the upgrade, all forms filled out by existing websites will no longer be available.

Therefore, applicants who have completed the form on the existing website are requested to submit it to the Visa Centre before 28th March.

In addition, during the system upgrade period (March 29th to March 30th) it is recommended to suspend the completion of the form to avoid information loss.
