It is not a mandatory requirement for appointment of legalization application. The applicant can visit Visa Application Center’s website, send an email to the Visa Application Center to make an appointment for submission, or directly go to the center to submit the legalization application.

No appointment is needed for document collection.
(At present,applicants must contact the E-mail box of the Warsaw Visa Center to make an appointment before applying for consular authentication.)
