The visa application
center now adopts the method of waiting for the number on the spot to submit
the visa application , due to the amount of applicants surge , the number of numbers released per day is
limited, so applicants who do not have a number on the same day are requested
to arrange your travel time reasonably, please reserve at least 2 days for
visa, please forgive me for the inconvenience caused, thank you for your
understanding!
Note: The specific
processing time is 4 working days for ordinary and 3 working days for
expedited.
In order to further promote people-to-people exchanges between China and Poland, starting from November 20, 2023, the Chinese Visa Application Service Center in Warsaw will completely cancel the relevant measures for foreigners to make appointments to apply for visas to China. Applicants can log on to the website of the Chinese Visa Application Service Center to https://www.visaforchina.cn/WAW2_EN/, fill in and print the visa application form online completely and accurately, and submit the application at our center from 9:00 to 14:30 on working days with their valid passport and relevant application materials. The collection time is 9:00-15:00 on weekdays.
After the cancellation of visa appointments, there may be a
large number of visa applications every day during peak hours (12:00-14:00),
and every Monday, Tuesday and Friday. It is recommended that visa applicants to
China arrange their time reasonably and submit the application materials in a
staggered manner according to their own needs.
Notice about recent holidays
Dear Applicants,
We want to inform you that due to the Christmas holiday, New Year and Epiphany holiday, the Chinese Visa Service Center in Warsaw will be closed on December 25th-26th of 2023, January 1st 2024 and January 5th 2024.
Therefore, persons who intend to submit Chinese visa or pick up documents on days close to the above mentioned dates are warned that the processing time may be extended.

Dear Applicants,
Starting from November 20th, 2023 , applicants no need make an appointment for Chinese visa. The applicants require to submit application documents on Chinese visa center after fill out the application form online.
For single or double-entry visa with purposes of business (M), tourism (L), short-term family visit (Q2), transit (G), and crew (C) are exempted from taking fingerprints.
If the applicant meets the conditions for exemption from fingerprinting, he or she can write a letter of attorney to appoint another person to apply for the visa on his or her behalf. In addition to the applicant's passport, photographs and application materials, the applicant needs to submit an original version of the letter of attorney signed by the applicant and a copy of the attorney's identity document.

related to taking fingerprints when applying for a Chinese visa
According to relevant Chinese laws and regulations, Warsaw Chinese Visa Application Service Center is entrusted by the Chinese Embassy in Poland to take the fingerprints of all applicants, including Polish citizens, who apply for Chinese visas, starting from December 15, 2019.
Applicants excluded from fingerprint collection:
1. Persons under 14 years of age or over 70 years of age;
2. Applicants holding diplomatic passports or eligible for Chinese diplomatic, service or courtesy visas;
3. Applicants who have applied for a Chinese visa and have had their fingerprints taken at the same Chinese embassy or consulate (or Chinese Visa Application Service Center) with the same passport within 5 years;
4. Persons with ten fingers missing or whose all fingerprints cannot be taken.
Please note that applicants must come to the Warsaw Chinese Visa Application Service Center in person to have their fingerprints captured. Forgery of fingerprints or impersonation of others will result in denial of entry into China, and all consequences arising therefrom will be borne by the applicant. At the same time, applicants are requested to fill out the application form online (https://www.visaforchina.org) in advance and make an online appointment.
Please bring two standard passport photos (click here to see the photos requirements ),original passport, photocopy of the first page in the passport and any other relevant documents and come to Warsaw Chinese Visa Application Center to submit your application. Please remember to come to our Center on the same date as chosen on the online appointment.
