related to
taking fingerprints when applying for a Chinese visa
According to relevant Chinese laws and regulations, Warsaw Chinese
Visa Application Service Center is entrusted by the Chinese Embassy in Poland
to take the fingerprints of all applicants, including Polish citizens,
who apply for Chinese visas, starting from December 15, 2019.
Applicants excluded from fingerprint collection:
1. Persons under 14 years of age or over 70 years of age;
2. Applicants holding diplomatic passports or eligible for Chinese
diplomatic, service or courtesy visas;
3. Applicants who have applied for a Chinese visa and have had
their fingerprints taken at the same Chinese embassy or consulate (or Chinese
Visa Application Service Center) with the same passport within 5 years;
4. Persons with ten fingers missing or whose all fingerprints
cannot be taken.
Please note that applicants must come to the Warsaw Chinese Visa
Application Service Center in person to have their fingerprints captured.
Forgery of fingerprints or impersonation of others will result in denial of
entry into China, and all consequences arising therefrom will be borne by the
applicant. At the same time, applicants are requested to fill out the
application form online (https://www.visaforchina.org) in advance and make an
online appointment.
Please bring two standard passport photos (click here to see the photos requirements ),original passport, photocopy of the first page in the
passport and any other relevant documents and come to Warsaw Chinese Visa
Application Center to submit your application. Please remember to come to our
Center on the same date as chosen on the online appointment.
