Dear Applicants,

from April 10, 2019, Warsaw Chinese Visa Application Service Center will officially start the online application form and online booking service.

Applicants who want to submit their visa application to the Chinese Visa Application Service Center can complete the application form online and make an appointment using the “Online Application Form” and “Online Appointment” found on our official website https://bio.visaforchina.org/WAW2_EN/

If you choose to submit your application in the Warsaw Chinese Visa Application Service Center, please read the steps illustrated below carefully:

1.    Go to our website, and select Poland, Warsaw in order to get to the Warsaw Chinese Visa Application Service Center homepage.
2.    Read the specific ‘Step by Step Guidance’ section’s information regarding your particular purpose of visit and your visa requirements.
3.    Enter the ‘Quick Access’ section from the homepage, and then select ‘Online Application Form’ to fill in your application form online. The online application form will require you to upload your recent white background passport photo (please make sure you upload your own photo and not other person’s as it will not be accepted). Please remember to take 2 additional photos with you to our application center. If the photo does not meet our requirements, it will not be accepted – please refer to this website to see the requirements.
4.    After filling in the application form, please print out the complete form, sign on the confirmation page and the 8th page (in case of applicants under the age of 18, the application form must be signed by their parents or their legal guardians). Please fill out the form carefully, make sure that your personal information is correct. If the information is inaccurate the application will not be accepted and you will have to resubmit the form again.
5.    Enter the ‘Online Appointment’ section, fill in the application form number which is automatically generated and starts with ‘WAW’. (Note: If the application form number is not filled in at the time of booking, the center will not be able to accept the visa application on the same day). Choose a time slot and finish the appointment booking. The system will automatically send you a confirmation email. The applicant must book an appointment after completing the application form. Please print out the confirmation email and show your appointment while you arrive at Warsaw Chinese Visa Application Service Center. Make sure you have printed-out and signed application form along with any other necessary documents when you come to submit the application. It should be done within the designated appointment time.

The Warsaw Chinese Visa Application Service Center does not accept applications for diplomatic, official or courtesy visas. If the applicant wants to apply for a diplomatic, official or courtesy visa, please go directly to the Chinese Embassy.
                Please kindly notice, that from May 10, 2019, Warsaw Chinese Visa Application Service Center will accept only applicants with the online application forms according to their appointments. Hand-filled application forms will not be accepted. Please finish your online application process and book an appointment as soon as possible in order to avoid any inconvenience.From 10th May 2019，Chinese Visa Application Service Center in Warsaw will not providing the urgent service. Express service only on submission date ends before 11：30a.m.
