From 20th November, 2023 the Helsinki Chinese Visa Application Service Centre will cancel the visa appointment booking system. Visa applicants can directly visit the Visa Centre without appointment with the completed online application form and related supporting documents for visa processing.

Friendly Reminder: Due to a high volume of visa applications, we kindly advise applicants to arrange their application times reasonably,thus preventing unnecessary inconvenience.

The Visa Centre's operating hours are:  From Monday to Friday(09:00am-16:00pm)(except public holidays)
 Submission of visa applications:Agency: From Monday to Friday(09:00am-10:00am)
                                           Applications:From Monday to Friday(10 AM to 15:00 PM).
Payment and collection: From Monday to Friday(09:00am-16:00pm)
Special remarks:Appliy for urgent service must be done before 11:30am.
