Adjustment to Telephone and Email Enquiry Services at the Chinese Visa Application Service Center in Zurich

Dear Applicants,

Due to an adjustment to our business operations, with effect from Monday, 14 September 2026, telephone and email enquiries previously handled by the Chinese Visa Application Service Center in Zurich will be handled by the Chinese Visa Application Service Center in Bern.

From the above date, if you have any enquiries regarding Chinese visa application procedures, required documents or other related matters, please contact the Chinese Visa Application Service Center in Bern through the following channels:

Please note that this adjustment will not affect the on-site services provided by the Chinese Visa Application Service Center in Zurich. 

The Visa Application Service Center in Zurich will continue to provide the following on-site services:

1. Submission of passports and relevant application documents;

2. Payment of visa fees and visa service fees;

3. Collection of passports and visas.

If you need to use any of the above on-site services in Zurich, please continue to visit the Chinese Visa Application Service Center in Zurich in accordance with its published opening hours, location and relevant requirements.
