Notes: 
1） Our center provide Regular Service (3 our working days) and Express Level 2 service (2 our working days).
2） Express Level 1（Urgent） service are not available now.

2. Important notice about Visa application:
A.  Z: a valid Notification Letter of Foreigner’s Work Permit.
B.  M and F Visa:
   applicants coming to China for necessary economic, trade, scientific or technological activities can apply for a visa，
   1）Single entry or Twice entries: with an ‘Invitation Letter ’  written by a Chinese mainland company. About specific requirement of   invitation letter, you can find on our Front Page - Step by Step Guidance - Visa.
   2）Mutiple entries: with an official ‘Invitation Letter (PU/TE)’ or ‘Verification Confirmation of Invitation’ issued by a Foreign Affairs Office or Department of Commerce at the intended destination of visit in China. 
C.  Q1、S1 should hand in the document which can prove the relationship between inviter and the applicant.
D.  X1 Visa: Long term study(more than 180 days), with the Original and photocopy of the Admission Letter issued by the school or other entities in Mainland China and  the Original and photocopy of "Visa Application for Study in China"(Form JW201 or JW202).

Applicants who meet the above requirements need to provide proof of VACCINATION against COVID-19（if you have）.

3.Handling Procedures:
1) Visa Applicants who need to come to China should firstly send an email to zurichcenter@visaforchina.org with a detailed explanation, scanned copy of all relevant supporting documents as attachment. Once received pre-approved email by our visa center, we will make an appointment with you. It is compulsory to make appointment in advance and submit the application to the Visa Center during the period of  time as you appointed with us.
2) There is no need for authentication applicants to send the documents to our email for precheck. You can double check by yourself according to the information provided on our website. If you choose two-way post service, it will take 3-4 weeks to complete the process. And the price is higher than other services. Notes: The Chinese Visa Application Service Centre in Zurich will collect 10 fingerprints of all visa applicants on behalf of the Consulate General of the People’s Republic of China in Zurich starting from January 12, 2021.
