Please follow the steps to edit your form

1.Click the link https://bio.visaforchina.org/YYC2_EN/, choose “Quick Access—Visa”

2.Select “New Application Form”, please click “AGREE” to enter the main page after read the Instructions and Terms and Conditions.

3. Select “Calgary”, then click the last one “Start a new form with personal information based on previously completed applications”

 4. Enter your “Application Number” and “Passport Number” to retrieve your form.

 *The first three letters of the application form are “YYC”.

5.After modifying your form, please reprint the whole new form. You cannot just print the page you edited.
