Notice on Visa Application Without Online Appointment

Starting from November 20, 2023, online appointment for visa application is no longer required. Applicants can submit their applications directly to Chinese Visa Application Service Center. The process is as follows:

Step 1. Applicants log on to the website of Toronto Chinese Visa Application Service Center, fill out the visa application form online, download and print the full application form, sign on the confirmation page and the last page.

Step 2. Submit the application with the form and other required documents to Visa Center.

After the new arrangement for visa application, there may be more applicants on-site and longer queue time during the peak hours. Applicants are kindly advised to avoid peak hours. If you are exempt from fingerprint collection, you can submit your application by mail.

For anyone who has already booked appointment, you can still choose to come to Visa Center to process your application as scheduled.

For all applicants, please line up. Check in counters will deliver waiting numbers based on your kind of status (Scheduled, Walk-in).
