The visa issued before 28th, March, 2020 can be used to enter China with the related valid passport. If the visa hoder wants to go to China, he/she needn't to apply for a new visa.

For those who are qualified with fingerprint collection exemption can mail the appication files to us.The debit card or E-transfer is accepted only for payment.
