—— If the photo upload fails, you can skip this step after three attempts (Please go to the bottom of this page and click "Continue") and continue filling out the form.

—— Then take 4 photos (with white background, within 6 months, without cap or hat, no glasses with dark frames, small 2 inch ID photos 48 mm x 33 mm) when you submit them to us, we can scan them for you.
