Notice on Online Appointment for Authentication

The COVID-19 pandemic is accelerating currently. In order to keep applicants and the visa center safe while meeting application needs, the Tokyovisa center will introduce online appointment service from Aug1,2020. If you are planning to apply for authentication in the Tokyovisa center, please follow the instructions below to make an online appointment.

1. Visit the website of the “Chinese Visa Application Service Center” and select “Asia-Japan-Tokyo” to enter the Tokyovisa center subsite.

2. Please read the requirements and information about authentication in “step by step guidance”under the“how to apply”column on the homepage.

3. Click“Quick Access” and select “Online Application Form” to fill out the form as required and schedule your appointment. An appointment number will be produced automatically. The system will send a confirmation letter to your registered email immediately. Please print the confirmation email out or screen shot the appointment information and show it when visiting the visa application service center.

4. In order to improve efficiency, please carefully check if your documents are prepared as required before making an online appointment.
