The Japanese government has declared national emergency from April 7 to May 6 that will cover Osaka, Kanagawa, Saitama, Chiba, Hyogo and Fukuoka prefectures as well as the capital. In order to contain the spread of the virus, prevent the cross-infection and ensure the health and safety of the applicants, Tokyo and Nagoya offices have been temporarily closed from April 9.

During this period our office will provide email counselling service for the following situations.

1. if you need a visa to China for necessary economic and trade, science and technology, and other activities, or out of emergency humanitarian needs.

2. If you need to authenticate documents out of emergency humanitarian needs.  

If you indeed have the above special emergency reasons, please email us the relevant documents and make an appointment. We will review your documents and inform you of the result of the appointment. Please bring our email-reply and visit us in time.
