Do I have to apply for a visa through a travel agency?

No.If it is the first time that you apply for a Chinese visa since  th May 2023 from Tashkent center, you should submit both the visa application and fingerprint at the center in person at the same time. If you have submitted the visa application as well as fingerprint in person since  th May 2023, you may submit the visa application either in person or by a local legal travel agency entrusted for the next 5 years.
