Since Convention Abolishing the Requirement of Legalisation for Foreign Public Documents enters into force between China and Australia, our center will cease providing consular authentication services starting from November 7, 2023. For applicants who have authentication appointments with our Center scheduled from November 8 to 15, they may come for consular authentication application on the scheduled dates if they have completed document authentication before November 6with the Australian Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade or its offices. However, they must confirm with related Chinese authoritieswhether the documents will be accepted beforehand.
