1.The Chinese Consulate General in Surabaya will officially launch online Chinese visa application on 30th June 2025. When you apply for a Chinese visa through the Surabaya Chinese Visa Application Service Center website, you can enjoy the convenience of filling out forms online and uploading application materials online.
Applicants who already filled out forms on the existing website should submit the materials to the Surabaya Visa Application Center before 24th June (inclusive), and that will not be accepted after that. From 25th June to 26th June, the Visa Application Center will not accept visa applications and will only provide collection and consultation services.
In addition, it is recommended to suspend online form filling from 12:00 on June 25th to 0:0 am on June 30 to avoid information loss.

2.Center will be closed on closed on Jun 27th,2025 for holiday,please come to our service center to handle business on weekdays, and refer to this link for the annual holidays.
3.We recommended that you apply for Visa one month before traveling to China,no online appointment required.Please arrange your time to handle business at center to avoid peak application times before and after holidays.
4.For your convenience,you can log in our website account and collect your passport when status show "pendingcollection or terminate".

6.Effective June 12,2025,nationals of Indonesia will be eligible for China's240-hour visa-free transit policy.For details,can check this link.
