(1) At the Visa Centre: This Center uses “payment-at-application”. Applicants should pay visa and service fee when submitting the visa application. This Visa Centre accepts  debit card and credit card. 
(2) By post:

Make the payment via the bankgiro system or make a transfer to the bank account. The Visa Centre staff will inform you of the amount of payment when your passport is ready for return. You can remit the payment to the Visa Centre, and indicate your passport number and pickup form number in the Remittance Information column.
