Notice on strengthening epidemic prevention and control measures in the service hall of the visa centre
According to the recent requirements of Singapore’s epidemic prevention measures, in order to ensure health and safety of applicants for the visa application, starting from May 17 (Monday), the relevant epidemic prevention measures as follow:
1. For non-emergency, applicants are advised to postpone their visit to the center for visa application or collection till the epidemic situation improves.
2. The Visa Center strongly advised the applicants should consult the requireddocuments through the center’s website or consult through email in advance to avoid excessive on-site preparation time after coming to the center.
3. The Visa Center will control the number of people entering the hall. Non-essential escorts other than the applicant are not allowed to enter the hall. Applicants should also maintain a safe distance when waiting in line outside the center.
4. Those that have fever, respiratory tract and other uncomfortable symptoms, those who have been close contact with confirmed person and those who have been ordered by government to stay at home should refrain from coming to the center.
5. Applicants entering the hall should sit at intervals and wait patiently, avoid walking around, no eating and drinking in the hall or taking off the mask.
