Can I apply for legalization at the Chinese Consulate General?

According to the arrangement of the Chinese Consulate General in Ho Chi Minh City, since 1st March,2023, applicants residing in the consular region of the Chinese Consulate General in Ho Chi Minh City are required to submit their applications for legalization at the China Visa Application Service Center in Ho Chi Minh City.
