Based on the notification from the Chinese Embassy in the Republic of Korea, starting from 30 June, 2025, all  applicants are required to visit the website of the Chinese Visa Application Service Center in Korea, create/sign in to your account, then fill out the application form and upload all necessary documents online. For detailed information on the application process, please click Step 1, Step 2, and Step 3.      

Please note: Before submitting your application documents , passport, and payment at the Visa Center,please ensure that your application status is “Online review completed” and you have received a confirmation email.

To ensure a smooth system upgrade, the Visa Center will conduct maintenance on June 27,2025.The Visa Center will be closed at 12:00 PM on June 27. After the upgrade, all forms filled out on the current website will no longer be valid. Applicants who have completed forms on the existing website must submit their materials to the Visa Center before 12：00 PM on June 27,2025 .

Additionally, during the upgrade period (from 12:00 to 23:00 on June 27,2025), We recommend pausing any form submissions to avoid data loss. 

Special Notice ！！！

Due to technical reasons, starting from June 30, 2025, Gwangju Visa Application Services Center will only accept Regular service (5 working days). Express or Urgent services will not be available at this center. If you require Express or Urgent processing, please submit your application at the Seoul Visa Application Services Center after completing the "Online Review" and receiving a confirmation email .

Please note that the business hours of Gwangju Visa Application Service Center is every Monday, Wednesday and Friday. The collection date is calculated as follows: If an applicant receives the confirmation email and submits their visa application at the Gwangju Center on July 7, 2025 (Monday), the estimated passport collection date of Regular service (5 working days) is on July 16, 2025 (Next Wednesday)（Standard Processing Applies).

【Anti-fraud Reminder】

Please pay attention to the following:

1. Upon receipt of the confirmation email, you are required to visit the Visa Application Center in person to submit your passport, application materials, and pay both the Embassy visa fee and the center service fee.

3. If you believe you have been a victim of fraud, please report it to the police and notify your bank immediately.
