2. The processing time for regular, express, and urgent visa applications starts from the day you submit your passport to the Visa Application Center.

3. As the online review system currently only supports regular and express applications, if your visa request is based on a humanitarian emergency, please contact the Visa Application Center in advance by email (subject: Application for Humanitarian Emergency) or by phone.

4. After you withdraw your application twice, you will not be able to apply again. Please withdraw your application with caution.
