Service fees of Chinese Visa Application Service Center: The center will charge visa fees and express processing fees on behalf of the Chinese Embassy. Additionally, the center service fees are 600NOK for regular processing (4 working days), 900NOK for express     processing (3 working days), and 900NOK for one way postal service. All the above-mentioned service fees are tax-excluded.

Important Note: Holders of diplomatic, service or special passports or those applying for diplomatic, service or courtesy visas are   requested to apply directly at the Consular Section of the Chinese Embassy (Address: Holmenveien 5, 0374 Oslo; Opening Hours: 09:00 – 11:30, working days). The Consular Section of the Embassy will continue to handle applications for notarization, legalization, Chinese     passports, and travel documents.
