In accordance with the instructions from the Chinese Embassy in Japan, Chinese Visa Application Service Center will only accept online application form from August 1st 2020.
If you choose to submit your application in Osaka Center, please follow the process as below.
1.Visit Chinese Visa Application Service Center’s website and select “Japan-Osaka”, and complete the online application form as required.
2.On the homepage you will find ‘How to apply’ and please read the requirements and information when clicking ‘Step by Step Guidance’.
3.Click ‘Quick Access’ and select ‘Online Application Form’ to fill out application form online. This step requires you upload a digital color photo with white background taken within 6 months.
4.After filling out the online application form, please print it out and sign on the confirmation page and the 8th page of the form.

Attentions：
1.The online application form is available in Chinese and English.
2.From August 1st to 31st 2020 is the transitional period. You can still submit the printed application form of old version but you need to make appointment in advance by email (osakacenter@visaforchina.org).
3.After September 1st 2020, all the applicants must fill out application form online before visiting our office. The visa center will only accept online application form. And the old version of application form will not be accepted.
4.The Chinese Visa Application Service Center does not accept application for diplomatic, service or courtesy visas.
5.Please make sure to upload the right photo. If the photo turns out to be somebody else’s, the application will be rejected. The applicant will be required to refill in the online application form and upload his or her own photo. If you fail to upload your photo, please submit a photo when visiting our office.
6.All the information provided in the application form must be real and correct, otherwise the application will be rejected.
