Notice on Extention of Office Closure

At present Japan has lifted the state of emergency, but  the pandemic is still spreading worldwide and the Coronavirus does not vanish completely in Japan.In order to contain the epidemic, the Chinese Visa Application Service Center extends the service suspension.

In the meantime we offer email consulting service.Those who have specail reasons as follows can email us your statements and application documents.We would reply to you if your application was approved.Then you can come to us with the response email in appointment time and do not forget to take preventive measures.

1. if you need a visa to China for necessary economic and trade, science and technology, and other activities, or out of emergency humanitarian needs.

2. If you need to authenticate documents out of emergency needs.  

If you indeed have the above special emergency reasons, please email us the relevant documents and make an appointment. We will review your documents and inform you of the result of the appointment. Please bring our email-reply and visit us in time.
