Notice on the complete cancellation of Chinese visa appointments

In order to facilitate personnel exchanges between China and Germany, according to the notice of the Chinese Consulate General in Munich, the China Visa Application Service Center Munich will cancel online visa appointments from November 20, 2023. Applicants can submit applications at the Chinese Visa Application Service Center Munich within the following time.

In order to facilitate applicants to submit their applications smoothly, please pay attention to the following points:

1. Office hours: Monday to Friday (excluding holidays)

Application time:

Agency: 09:00 a.m. -10:00 a.m.

Individual: 10:00 a.m. -1:00 p.m.

Collection time:

Regular visa: 09:00 a.m. -10:00 a.m.

Express visa: 1:00 p.m. -2:00 p.m.

2. Please be sure to bring the printed visa application form and all other relevant documents.

3. Due to the large flow of people after canceling the appointment, please bring all the documents and wait patiently.
