The visa issued before 28th, March, 2020 can be used to enter China since 15th, March 2023 (GMT+8). If the visa hoder want to go to China, he/she needn't to apply for a new visa.The visa center accept tourism, business, family memeber visiting visa applications and etc now.  The new visa will be with multiple entries and valid for multiple years. The following instructions are provided for the application materials for visa application. 

     All files listed above should be printed out.  Please set the printer as "fit to page" when printing out the application form.

      We accept the applications from those who live in QC or NB for long term only. We may ask the applicant to show the health card or driver license issued by QC or NB government. 

       How to submit application.  1. In person. You need to make an appointment on line after you fill out the form, and you could come to our office to submit the appllcation files. (only debit cards issued by Canadian banks will be accepted). 2. By mail. Those who are qualifies with fingerprint collection exemtion can mail the passport and the application files listed above to us. Remember to include a prepaid envelope with tracking number which will be used to mail back the passport to you. We will contact you for the payment after we receive the files and you can make it via e-transfer.
