(1)Anti-fraud reminder Recently, my center received a telephone response from the applicant, there are criminals posing as center staff identity to carry out telecom fraud. Here, our center declares that the center will not call anyone involved in the case, ask them to come to the center to get the relevant documents or parcels from the embassy or domestic public security organs, will not ask for bank account and personal information, and will not require the parties to remit money to the "security account" or pay "security deposit". Please raise your awareness of prevention anddo not disclose their personal information to strangers.

(4) According to the notice of the Chinese Consulate General in Milan, from Monday 26th of August 2024, applicants must log in to the website of the Chinese Visa Application Service Center www.visaforchina.cn, complete the online "Visa Application Form" and upload the visa application materials. From Monday 26th of August, all paper application forms will no longer be accepted.
Special reminder:
Before submitting your passport and application materials to the visa application center, please confirm that your application status is "Approved", and you have received a confirmation email and printed the "Visa Application receipt".
Important Tips:
Personnel holding diplomatic and official passports and important official visiting groups to China must also fill in the application form online and upload application materials through the visa center website. When the application status changes to "Waiting for Passport Submission" and you have received a confirmation email, the applicant can bring the printed "Visa Application receipt " to the Chinese Consulate General in Milan to submit the visa application materials.
(5) From December 1, 2023 at 00:00 to December 31, 2025 at 24:00 (Beijing time), holders of valid ordinary passports from France, Germany, Italy, the Netherlands, Spain and Malaysia travelling to China for the purposes of trade, tourism, family visit and transit are exempt from visa requirements for a maximum period of 15 days.
(6) From the 23rd October 2023 it won’t be necessary to make an appointment to apply for a Chinese visa. It will be still requested to fill in the online form, print it down and bring it to our Visa Center with the all the needed documents. We won’t be able to accept requests with uncompleted documents.
