Dear Visa Applicants,

To better accommodate your diverse application needs and continuously enhance the service experience and quality at the Mexico City Chinese Visa Application Service Center, we will officially introduce a number of additional services effective July 1, 2026. The full details of these value-added services are set out below for your optional reference:

I. Form-Filling Assistance – 900 MXN per person

If you find it inconvenient to fill out the visa application form on your own, you may provide our staff with your complete personal information, and we will assist you in completing and submitting the form online – saving you time and effort.

II. Extended Hours Service – 500 MXN per person

Regular passport submission hours end at 15:00, and passport collection hours end at 16:00. If you are unable to arrive on time due to scheduling conflicts, you may contact us in advance to reserve a one-hour extended service slot, allowing you to avoid rush hours and complete your application process without haste.

III. Passport Service – 500 MXN per person  

If you need to use your passport temporarily while your visa application is in process, you may request a temporary check-out; your visa review will continue uninterrupted.  

Alternatively, if you have not yet reached the passport submission stage, you may also leave your passport with us in advance for safekeeping, and our staff will submit it on your behalf when the time comes.

IV. TIJ-MEX Service – 500 MXN per person

Applicants who originally planned to apply at the Tijuana Visa Center but, due to itinerary changes, need to submit or collect their documents at the Mexico City Center may arrange this cross-city service in advance: inform the Tijuana staff at the time of submission, or contact the Mexico City Center one week before collection. We will take good care of your passport and visa. (The Tijuana Visa Center will also offer this service simultaneously.)

V. One-Way Mailing Service – 1,667 MXN per person

If you have already submitted your passport but are unable to come in person to collect it, after your visa is issued, we can send your documents via DHL to any address within Mexico – no second visit required. You can request this service at the counter when you submit your passport.

VI. VIP Room Service – 500 MXN per person  

Enjoy an exclusive, private service area with reduced waiting time and greater efficiency, giving you a comfortable and smooth application experience.

VII. Printing / Copying Service – 5 MXN per page  

If you forget to bring documents such as the Visa Application Certificate, you may request printing or copying at the front desk or service counter to complete your paper materials on the spot.
