You can click here to download a blank application form and fill in manually with a computer.  Please remember to print out the completed application form once finished and sign where appropriate. Please also remember to make an appointment online in advance and submit your visa application at the Chinese Visa Application Service Centre on the date of appointment.

If you were unable to fill in, download or print the application form before coming to submit the application, you may do so at the Chinese Visa Application Service Centre in Manchester instead. Please note that due to the limited availability of computer and printing resources at the centre, you may need to wait in order to fill in and print an application form. And you will be charged 50p per page. So please prepare enough coins to print your documents (cards and notes will not be accepted).
