According to the requirements of Chinese Embassy and Consulate General, from April 30， 2018, you may need to come to the Visa Centre in person to submit your application and your fingerprints may be collected. If you want to entrust someone else to do so, the entrusted person will be responsible to confirm with you about the submission and fingerprint collection.
