Can I filll in the legalization application form by hand?
NO. As of November 8th 2019, the Chinese Embassy/Consulates require all legalisation application forms to be filled in via computer. Handwritten forms will no longer be accepted.


You can click here  to download a blank application form to be filled in by typing. Please remember to print out the completed application form once finished and sign where appropriate. Please also remember to make an appointment online in advance and submit your legaliSation application at the Visa Centre on the date of appointment.
