1. Applicants under the age of 14 or over 70;

2. Diplomatic passport holders, or applicants eligible for diplomatic, official and courtesy visas;

3. Applicants who have applied for Chinese visa with the same passport and have had fingerprints collected and visa approved within 5 years at the Commissioner's Office;

4. Applicants with all fingers mutilated or fingerprints uncollectible.

5. Starting from August 14, 2023, until December 31, 2023, eligible applicants will exempt from fingerprint collection for single or double-entry visas for business, tourism, family visit, transit, and crew member.
