Regular Service: The processing time is usually 4 working days.

Express Service: The processing time is usually 3 working days.

Please be reminded:

1. You can submit your application during 9:00 to 15:00 on work day.

2. Collection time for Regular Service is 9:00 to 16:00 on work day.

3. Collection time for Express Service is 11:00 to 16:00 on work day.
