In the recent years, demands for Chinese Visa has been growing amongst the French citizens. For this reason in January 2011, the first Chinese Visa Application Service Center was established in Paris, to provide surpassing visa service to our  applicants. The Lyon Visa Center is run by China Bridge, which is legally registered in France and will strictly run under the French relating laws, ensuring the safety of applicants’ personal information and data. To maintain the cost of operation, the Lyon Visa Center will charge applicants service fees at published price.

     From the day of opening of the Lyon Visa Center, holders of diplomatic or official  passports, or applying for diplomatic visas, official visas, courtesy visas, R visas and Hong Kong and Macao visas, please submit your application directly to the Consulate General of the People’s Republic of China in Lyon.

From October 26, 2018, the Consulate General of the People's Republic of China in Lyon will no longer accept ordinary visa applications. But the applicants who had submitted their applications to the Consulate General of the People's Republic of China in Lyon before 26 October 2018, still need to collect their passports and clear of fare at the Consulate General of China in Lyon.

The Lyon Visa Center only accepts an on-line appointment on our website before applicants come to the center to hand in their applications. The contact information of the appointment must be same as the applicant (or one of the applicants). Upon the application documents are sufficient and match the regulations, the processing time will be usually 7 working days, without expedition. Therefore please arrange your schedule properly.
