How can I change my appointment to a different time if I am alreday sucessfully booked an appointment?
If you already booked an appointment but wish to change to a different date or time, you will need to firstly cancel your current appointment using the Manage Appointment function in the Quick Access section. Once you have cancelled your current appointment, you may use the same application form number to book a new appointment on a different date or time.
