Instructions for online appointment

1.  Application via a booked appointment is compulsory. Except humanitarian visa, the Visa Centre can't accept any application without an appointment. The appointment contact information must be same as tha applicant or one of the applicant's personal information if applying together. The Visa Centre has the right not to accept your application if the appointment contact informaiton is different with the applicant' personal information. 

2. The website for booking appointment will be 24 hours available and there is no charge for booking appointment online.

3. If you have no access to internet or you do not know how to use a computer, you may ask your relatives or friends to book the online appointment for you.

4. If you have successfully booked, please come to the Visa Centre at least 10 minutes before the booking time. You should submit the application on the time you booked.  If you fail to meet the time, you should book a new appointment.

5. The Visa Centre provides express service (For collection on the third working day), but the application should be submitted before 12:00am.

6. If you want to change the appointment date or time, please cancel the booked appointment in the booking system and book a new one.

7. You are advised to use Internet Explorer 6.0, 7.0 or 8.0 as your web browser.
