Has China joined the Hague Convention Abolishing the Requirement of Legalisation for Foreign Public Documents?
  

China has not joined this convention yet. Currently, it only applies to the Chinese Hong Kong SAR and Macao SAR. Documents issued in the UK can be used without legalisation from the Chinese Embassy. However, they sill have to be legalised by the FCO and have their Apostille Certificate.
