OPENING NOTICE OF CHINESE VISA APPLICATION SERVICE CENTER IN SAINT PETERSBURG
The Chinese Visa Application Service Center in Saint Petersburg will start providing services for the application from 8th August, 2023. These services include issuing visa for China (Mainland), visa for Hong Kong SAR,Macao SAR. All applicants holding ordinary passports from Russia and other countries are kindly requested to apply at the Chinese Visa Application Service Center in Saint Petersburg.

Opening Hours: Monday-Friday (except for public holidays)
Application submission: 9:00 to 15:00.
Payment and passport collection: 9:00 to 16:00
The Visa Center will start trial operation from the 4th to the 11th of August 2023, no service fee temporarily.The service fee will be charged from the 14th August.
Notes:
1、If you are holding a diplomatic or official passport, or applying for a diplomatic, official or courtesy visa, please come to Chinese Consulate General in St.Petersburg for application. Chinese Consulate General in St.Petersburg will continue to provide notarization ，authentication , Chinese passports, and travel documents.
2、R visas can be submitted at the Consulate General.
