All applicants holding ordinary passports from Russia and other countries are kindly requested to apply at the Chinese Visa Application Service Center in Saint Petersburg.

1、If you are holding a diplomatic or official passport, or applying for a diplomatic, official or courtesy visa, please come to Chinese Consulate General in St.Petersburg for application. Chinese Consulate General in St.Petersburg will continue to provide notarization ，authentication , Chinese passports, and travel documents.
2、R visas can be submitted at the Consulate General.
