Appointment is compulsory and how to make an emergent appointment
It is not allowed to enter the visa centre if the applicant does not have a valid current date's appointment or the email which is sent by the Visa Centre and agreed you come before your appointment date.
If you need to submit your application before your scheduled appointment date due to emergent arrangement, please contact the Visa Centre via email KLVC2023@GMAIL.COM. Please explain the reason in your emailwhy you need to come before your appointment date with supplementary documents, i.e. confirmed airticket, business invitation letter, online filled application form, and the online appointment confirmation. The Visa Centre will answer you after carfully considering your situation. Please come to submit your application on the date which is designated in our reply email sent by the Visa Centre and present it to the reception counters. Extra fee will be charged for this arrangement.
Expedite service is available for humanitarian visa application. Applicant intending to visit a direct family member (foreign nationals included) in China who is in critical medical condition and in need of care, or to arrange funeral matters of an immediate family member in China, can come to the Visa Centre every working day at 09：00 to submit the humanitarian application without sending emails in advance. Death Certificate, Hospital Admission Letter, Proof of Relationship must be presented while coming to apply this type of visa.
