Yes. In accordance with the notification issued by the Chinese Embassy in Malaysia, the 'Visa Centres will implement an online application form and appointment system. The old version of the visa application form will no longer be accepted. All applicants aged between 14 and 70 inclusive must register their fingerprints in person at the Visa application Centre. A photo will be taken by the Visa Centre staff at the same time.
