Dear Applicant,
Due to pandemic, for all applicants, please send your application documents to our email (kathmanducenter@visaforchina.org) in advance. We will check whether your application is eligible or not according to current visa policy. If your application is eligible, we will contact you.
We accept the visa application as below,
1)Necessary business, trade, science and technology and work activities with Invitation Letter (PU) from Chinese authorities（Department of Commerce, Foreign Affairs Office, etc.）.
2)Visa in terms of humanitarian needs （only for those who has direct blood relatives within three generation died or in critical illness）.
3)Pilot and flight attendance (C visa)
4)Those who holds Residence Permit expired after March 28th, 2020, with the purpose of work, personal matters and reunion are allowed to apply with related documents（S-Visa is on suspension .）
Please be noted that,
1)Above accepted visa application is only for Mainland China. For Macau and Hongkong visa, it’s still suspended.
2)The third countries nationals apply Chinese visa from Chinese Embassy in Nepal, applicant should provide long-term visa (tourist visa doesn't work) and should have stay in Nepal for more than 6 months. For Indian nationals, applicant should apply Visa after 6 months from the date of the Certificate of Registration by Indian Embassy in Nepal.
Please be noted that all visa issued before March. 28, no matter it’s valid or invalid, is suspended. You have to apply visa again.
